SPECIAL DIE INVENTORY Often there are no premium charges for special threads. We have been developing our die inventory for the past 40 years, thus we have an extensive inventory of special dies & gages.
ROLL MARKING Part numbers, letters, or other characters can be roll marked economicically on round blanks.
SEMS Short run washer & screw assemblies can be produced using your special screws and washers. We can supply custom screw blanks if necessary and assemble to your springs, or other specialty items.

BROACHING ON PRESSES: We specialize in Phillips and Hex broaching on specialty items. We can provide the drive you prefer on a custom Screw Machine Part.

LEAD SCREW TAPPING: Our wide range of lead screw tappers, some combined with a HAAS CNC interface, provide economical solutions to difficult tapping operations. Often this process is applied to external threads, providing excellent results with "interrupted cut" product designs.
