The use of CNC turning equipment has greatly expanded our capabilities. Sophisticated turnings from bar with multiple milling and drilling operations are routine.
This is complemented by secondary CNC finishing operations on Brown & Sharpe, Swiss, & CNC blanks.

INDEX GS30 MULTI-AXIS: 1 1/4" bar capacity with power tools, pick-off and back-working capabilities. These twin turret machines are the latest complement to our facilities. They provide the ability to incorporate more secondary operations, thus reducing in-process queues and improving "JIT" deliveries. |

IKEGAI TCR-25: 2½ bar capacity with power tool capability at every position of the 12 station turret. We routinely run 316L stainless with cross-drilled and tapped holes, or with multiple slots.

FUTURISTICS 20MM BECHLER RETROFIT: 20mm bar capacity, swiss style with spindle stop & index, cross drilling & milling capabilities at high speed. We run many stainless and brass parts with multiple secondaries as "drop-offs" on this machine. |

OMNITURN CNC RETROFITS ON 2 HARDINGE LATHES: 1 1/8 capacity chuckers. We run 2 shifts to keep up with the demand for the excellent finishing capabilities of these machines.

MIYANO ATS-45S 4 AXIS CNC: This live spindle machine compliments our other CNC's nicely. It's 1 3/4" capacity fits right between the Index and the Ikegai, giving us a full range of drop-off machining capabilities. |

CUSTOM BUILT CNC RETROFITS: We have 6 machines with HAAS controllers and micro computers operating conventional milling and drilling machines. This provides excellent flexibility to finish complex parts using several different methods.

TSUGAMI BS26-III CNC: 1"bar capacity swiss style with c-axis, pick off & back working. We run many parts "lights out" with the automatic bar loader attached to this multi-axis machine.

Single point threading and camless operation significantly reduce tooling costs and shorten lead times. |

PROCESS CONTROL
Our CNC production team is responsible for the quality of each part it produces. They are directly involved in the process plan, tool design and completion of every production operation. |
