OO to ½" capacity & #2 to 1 5/8" capacity ULTRAMATIC & SQUARE BASE PRIMARY MACHINES: These machines are equipped with cross milling, cross drilling, turret milling, & p/u slotting attachments. These special attachments are used on a regular basis to complete complex parts in less operations, thus reducing overall cost to our customers.

#00 SECONDARY MACHINES: These 5/8" capacity chuckers are used to complete high speed back drilling & tapping operations, rotary broaching, o.d. threading, facing, and counterboring operations. .

MAINTENANCE
Our late model equipment is rigorously maintained to insure consistent quality production.

MATERIALS
We specialize in 300 series stainless steel, but we machine most materials including steel, brass, & aluminum parts, alloy steels, & plastics.

PROCESS CONTROL
